BREAK-OUT VISE
The ProStar Mobile Break-Out Vise gives service companies and operators a portable, high-torque solution for breaking out and making up downhole tools without relying on a conventional shop-based bucking unit. Built for the realities of field operations, it brings the break-out capability to the equipment, not the equipment to the break-out machine.
The compact footprint and mobile support stand let the assembly set up in tight areas, in the field or in the shop. A sliding head moves the vise or the adjustable roller into position, so make-up and break-out happen inside the same footprint by shifting or rotating the tool. From make-up to break-out in minutes.
Available in three configurations: 40,000, 60,000 and 90,000 ft-lb.
